Service Agreement
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for engaging Wakato Ideas' services under The Timeless Client Acquisition System.
By signing this agreement, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.
What is The Timeless Client Acquisition System?
The Timeless Client Acquisition System is a comprehensive, 90-day service designed to transform your business’s client acquisition strategy.
Wakato Ideas will create, optimize, manage, and distribute marketing assets to streamline lead generation and conversion. This system integrates content marketing, automation, and advertising to consistently attract high-quality leads and convert them into loyal clients.

The ultimate goal of the system is to position your business as an authority in your industry, generating a sustainable flow of leads and helping you scale efficiently.

Project Timeline
Day 1-2: Strategy Session & Onboarding:
A strategy session will be scheduled within 48 hours of the initial payment.
We will discuss your business goals, create a customized plan, and begin setting up your personalized dashboards and workflows.
Day 3-5: Content Scripting & Offer Development:
We will craft 35-40 content scripts, outline your core offers, and develop messaging that aligns with your brand and client acquisition goals.
Day 7-14: Marketing Asset Creation:
We will design and implement landing pages, email sequences, and sales dashboards.
These assets will be ready by day 14 for use in lead generation campaigns.
Day 14-30: Content Distribution & Launch:
By day 14, we will begin distributing content across your social media platforms and initiating lead generation efforts.
This includes launching targeted ad campaigns to bring qualified traffic to your funnels.
Day 30-60: Paid Traffic & Lead Generation:
Ads will run continuously during this phase to maximize the number of leads.
You’ll receive optimized content for your review and creation of a new batch of content for future campaigns.
Day 45-90: Optimization & Handoff:
We will analyze performance metrics and optimize all systems to ensure long-term success.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) will be documented, and our team will train your staff on how to manage and scale the system if you choose to bring it in-house.
Pricing and Payment Terms
The total cost of The Timeless Client Acquisition System is $7,500 USD.
You may select one of the following payment plans:
Full Payment: A one-time payment of $6,750 (10% discount).
Installment Plan: Three payments: $3,500 upfront, followed by two monthly payments of $2,000.
Note: This pricing excludes external costs such as ad spend or third-party software fees, which are the client’s responsibility during the initial 90-day period.
Post-90 Day Options
After the initial 90-day period, you may opt for one of the following ongoing service options:
Option A ($1499/mo)
- full management of your entire client acquisition system (inc. content creation, distribution, and marketing automation).
- 30 pieces of content
Option B ($999/mo)
- full management of your entire client acquisition system (inc. content creation, distribution, and marketing automation).
- 15 pieces of content
Guarantee
We guarantee that you will receive 5 to 20 booked meetings per week, provided that you allocate the recommended ad spend and follow the strategic recommendations provided.
This guarantee applies as long as:
Timely delivery of content and assets is maintained
The recommended budget for paid advertising is allocated
Strategic recommendations are followed throughout the program
If these conditions are met and the target of 5 to 20 booked meetings per week is not reached, we will continue working with you at no additional cost until the target is achieved.
Refund Policy
Once services begin, refunds will not be provided due to the customized nature of our work.
Should you wish to cancel before the strategy session, you may request a refund within 5 business days.
After services commence, no refunds will be issued.
Any delays in providing content or assets that impact the delivery of services will not result in refunds, and all payment obligations must be fulfilled as agreed.
Mutual Agreement
Both parties agree to uphold the terms of this contract.
As long as Wakato Ideas provides the outlined services, and the client cooperates fully, this agreement remains in effect. By signing below, you acknowledge that sales are non-refundable and waive the right to chargeback or dispute payments.
